About Me
I am a 53yr old woman, living in CA. Eight weeks ago I was an extremely healthy, active person who enjoyed hiking, bike riding and hosting lively dinner parties for my friends. My husband and I have traveled extensively and were looking forward to continuing a life filled with love, laughter and adventure. All of that has changed when I received the diagnosis in September of Devic's Disease, which was then changed to MS (thank goodness!). We are both deeply sadden and crushed by the irony of this diagnosis...my husband's mother was stricken with MS and died when he was 17. What are odds?
