- I am 51 and now at home on disability after being downsized as an educational administrator. I have had PD for many years and recently when through back surgery and saw the love of my life, husband, through a liver transplant and chemo. I have 2 dogs and 2 new grandbabies that keep me going. I'm trying to stay positive and busy but there are days...... My hobbies are cooking and genealogy and I'm trying to do needlework.
