Hi, I am Henk from The Netherlands, lived there all my life. I am married to Jans, we have one daughter(born 1986) and two sons(1987 and 1992). They are giving me all the support I need. I have worked untill May 2008 as a foodtechnologist, develloping foodproducts. I used to run a lot, about 40 to 60 km per week, sometimes a half marathon. In April 2008 I ran 15km in 1h15m. I stopped running in November 2008.
