About Me I am grateful for this website. I am learning as time goes by how important it is to stay active, and take my medication, in order to maintain my health. I wish everyone living with manic-depressive illness the best in their recovery. Also, I recently read "An Unquiet Mind, A Memoir of Moods and Madness" by Kay Redfield Jamison, and would recommend it to those of us who are struggling with this disease. The road to recovery sometimes seems bleak, but we are not alone. Peace!
