About Me I'm a 46 yr. old wife, mother, and teacher. I've been married 20 yrs, have two teenage girls and teach preschool parttime. I'm also very active in church and volunteer activities. I'm not on any meds yet but have been taking Prozac for over ten years. Exercise has helped by balance, mood, fatigue and motivation tremendously! I do 1-2 hrs of core strengthening, strength building, and cardio exercise 3-4 times/week. |
