- Diagnosed when I was 30 years old with ET, 2 years later PD. I have 3 kids, 18 yr old daughter, 15 and 16 year old sons. I stay as active as possible and attend their sports activities. I am trained to walk the IMT Des Moines half-Marathon (13.1 miles) on October 18, 2009. There were 53 friends and family walking or running an event (5k, half marathon, full marathon) to support the local APDA. Our team is called PD Walkers.
