- I am 53 years old, don't smoke or drink, thought I was living a healthy life. April 2006 I first noticed a very slight shaking in my right hand. Didn't think much of it at the time. Over the next year shaking became noticeable and those around me began to mention it. July 25, 2007 our family doctor referred me to a neurologist who diagnosed me with Essential Tremor. After three rounds of treatment without improvement, but increasing tremors, he referred me to as specialist in Houston. August 20, 2008 Houston doctor dx PD with possibly some ET. More…
