I was born in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico a territory of the United States, and I am an American Citizen. When I posted this comment I was 45 years old, but now I am 48 years old. I have to take care of a child and I am a widow to a World War II Veteran. I am a happy person but this condition has it challenges in life, and I think I have confronted them. Here in the State of Florida I never qualified for a health insurance program thanks to the attitude of the legislature at the State of Florida who gave a label of a "Pre Existing Condition" to Multiple Sclerosis (MS). I was force to move back to the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico because there MS is a catastrophic condition but a service for Persons with Disabilities is zero and I had to take the Transportation agency to the Federal Court on the case cited by the Bluebook and Lexis Nexis as Orria-Medina v. Metro. Bus Auth.,565 F.Supp. 2d 285 (D.P.R. 2007). Yes, I return to the United States to finish what I started when I was diagnosed on February 26, 2000.
