I'm a 54 year old mother, nana, and guardian. I've had a hard time dealing with my HIV in the past. Fortunately, about 2 years ago I was referred to a great counselor. I now accept myself, my illness, and am realtively happy. I'm now have the pleasure of raising my 3 year old great-nephew, who is pictured with me. I believe that God knew that Gavin needed me and I needed him too. We're a team and try to have fun and learn new things too.
