About Me
Hello everyone. My name is Bethany. I've struggled with overwhelming sadness and depression for, well, as long as I can remember, but was officiallly diagnosed when I was 19. I have tried a few different treatments and they have been helpful but I still seem to end up in that "deep hole" from time to time. I am hoping that this website can connect me with some people who know what I am going through and can give me some helpful dialogue.
