My name is James and I had my first major attack on my 29th birthday in the middle of my senior year in College. The first symptoms Optic Neuritis, Dizziness, Vertigo along with a long list of sensory problems. I was unable to read, write, drive, and everything was spinning around badly and the next morning I woke up with all of the aforementioned symptoms along with my right eye deviated all the way out to the right (outwards) while the left eye remained normal. I was of course in complete denial, but my girlfriend read about MS to me and I had about 70% of the symptoms.
