About Me
I'm a 30 yr old mom struggling big time with PTSD and depression. I've suffered these as long as I can remember, started therapy and meds about 1 1/2 yrs ago. It has helped, but every day is still really hard. Kinda been in denial lately, trying to ignore my condition and pretend it isn't there. You can probably guess where that's getting me. So today is the first day of my new commitment to healing. I have a son who just turned 8, totally a miracle kid in so many ways and my #1 reason for being here. I have a supportive if somewhat confused/confusing family. I read constantly. peace.
