Iam a 58 year old who, in hindsight, first had symptons in the early 90's. I had been a gifted athlete and I found myself falling, bumping into things and feeling vulnerable. The "kicker" was my primary care physician noticed a dramatic change in my handwriting and sent me to my neurologist.
Now I am having increasing difficulty walking, am unsteady, some swallowing difficulties. I also have major depression, speech difficulties, cognitive issues, find it hard to roll over in bed and do not sleep.
Pain is my constant companion and Sinemet CR makes me sick to my stomach.
