I have had only two bouts with optic neuritis, so two relapses in 13 years. I can no longer empty my bladder on my own and have to self-cath twice every day which is a piece of cake after 4 years. Other than that, I still work full-time and am still mobile. MS is "stable" according to my neurologist. Remember attitude is everything and keep busy, if possible. It seems to work for me! P.S. as of 1/23/12 - I have been having the headaches from hell. Not sure if this is allergy related since everyone else w/allergies has been suffering terribly!
