About Me
I've had a long history of depression and migraines, both undiagnosed due to my military status. I finally had my migraines diagnosed and treated about 10 years ago. About four years ago I suffered severe postpartum depression, which took awhile to get treated. Since then I've had several changes in meds, wasted some time with a therapist who was no help at all, and was finally diagnosed as soft bipolar. I haven't had true manic episodes, just hypo-manic, but I cycle into depression way too much. I have a wonderful psychiatrist and therapist now. I just haven't found the "right" answer.
