I was finally diagnosed in 2005 and since then, I was an advocate of eating the right foods, getting a good amount of exercise, etc for my condition. However, lately I had not been feeling well and I believe it's due to the stress I'm under along with the temperature changes here in the north.
I am currently on no medication for my illness-- not even tylenol. I've tried to be as pill-free as possible to help my condition. I've also tried changes in diet where I've cut out as much of processed foods as I can (I only consume 1 processed food per month if that).
I exercise when I can.
It's tough to describe yourself sometimes, but I'd have to say that I try my best to live what I write. I have Fibromyalgia but I try to feel Fabulous despite my condition.
I live with pain on a daily basis and I have never had a pain-free day in my life-- even as a child. I have my good days where I can accomplish a lot and I have my bad ones.
Regardless of my pain level, I try to live life fully. I enjoy my family, gardening, cooking, yoga, hiking, crocheting, reading, and of course writing. And by enjoying, I mean I do these things whenever and however I can, savory each moment, and wish for more moments in the future that are just as full.
