Hi I'm a single white female living on my own with lupus and got fibromyalgia as a side effect, I have it in the base of my spine which means now after 10 yrs with the fybro I can't walk more than 100 mtrs or stand for more than 5mins at a time. The lupus I've had now for 26 yrs. I've been on all the drugs and most of the side effects, after 20 yrs decided to go off everything and force my own system to take care of it, this had worked out for me but the pain is hard to take as I'm unable to take major pain relief as I'm allergic to them,I live in sunny Australia In Victoria on my own.
