I am a 49yr old grandmother of 4. I'm married to my high school sweetheart for 30 years. I have 2 girls ages 29 and 24. I quite working 10 years ago when I started having cognative problems and more problems walking. I also quit smokiong 6 mos ago and then started smoking again and now I'm trying to quit again. I feel like a yo-yo I'm dieting to get the 30lbs back off I put on the fist time I quit smoking . It is extremly hard since I don't move around as much as I used to.
