I'm a critical thinker and professional research analyst who has turned their skills and attention to the complex and often confounding condition of Fibromyalgia since developing the condition in 2007. My aim is to share how the skills of critical thinking and analysis can be used to navigate through the diverse and often conflicting information that is out there for patients so that they can make informed decisions about their course of action and have a method for prioritising different treatments. Fibromyalgia has no cure, but it can be managed and quality of life improved.
