I have had anxiety issues since childhood. I used to faint when I had a fearful experience, have intense naseau and dry heaving every morning before middle school, and still currently experience hot flashes, blushing, and skin rashes when I become anxious. In the past year I have developed adult acne and have been gaining weight despite physical exercise and diet. I still experience a lot of happiness in my life, most of the time I am a very positive person, but the anxiety issues are a part of my life I am constantly aware of.
