About Me I was diagnosised March 2007 with Bipolar II I started meds and then went off them I then again started meds in January 2008, I have been on them and I have not had any lapses. I am in talk therapy and although it is diffacult it is helping with the bipolar and also it is helping alot with the severe traumas from my past I hope that it will continue to help and that I keep making good progress.
