I live 6 months inTenerife the last 7 years, before 03 i went there twice a year, one month at a time. I train rather much (at least 3days a week) in pool with 34degr C water.Get stretching3 times/week at Vintersol in LosCristianos. Ieat strong spices as tabasco, drink 3cl whiskey every evening take rilutec i the evening & morning. I live since 03onTenerife on vinter time & I bring one assistent of my Caretem with me & have an assisistet who lives i los Cristianos with her family.She works daytime from0 8 to5 pm weekly. But not on saturday & sunday.My swedish assistent taka care of other time
