I have psychological problems since a teenager.7 years ago i was discovered hypothrodism and i am mainaning the thyroid level since then.i am taking antidepressent and antipsychotic since last 7 years.i am also suffering from anxiety disorder and social phobias. With all these problems and difficulties,i still think life is precious and its worth living happily.

i am taking psyciatric medicine since last 7 years but for last 7 years it was not discovered that i was a bio polar.since last 6 months i am taking the right medicine for bio polar and now i came back in life.i sleep at time amd woke up at right time,sleep is 10 hrs due to medicine.

i started a job after 3 years and am regularly going to my office since one and half month.

mental illness runs in our mother's side family.my mother is suffering from schizopherenia since last 25 years.i see her suffer since i was a child but i now understand her illness much better cause i am also suffering from bio polar.

in my country pakistan,still mental illness is known as a magic or some thing unnatural or supersticious.some time they phsically beat the patient to remove the unnatural thing or tie them to a tree or wall but now with time things have changed.mental illness is accepted and understood by common man in cities.

depression is a commomly know illness.people now seek treatment for it.

an accurate diagnose is the key to one's health.i suffered for 7 years and now at the age of 32 i cant go back or forward.i dodnt have any proper qualification and the gap between my education and practical life is 10 years.but i am trying to again read the accounting books i read 10 years back and working hard to get into a routine of work and eventually start earinng.currently i am on training.

your friends and family memebers are the key supporters for u.they are the one who care for u and are ur well wishers.copperation from both side is important but the family must understant the the patient is mentally ill,just like he had fever.

In Nut Shell,i will say that with all the difficulties and problems,life is still precious for me and its worth living.
