I'm an aging male environmentalist. I worked as a computer programmer/analyst at Purdue University until I took disability retirement in late 2002. We moved to Wisconsin and, after 4 yrs in an especially conservative area of Jefferson County, now live in Madison. We are active in anti-war and pro-sustainability groups. I have taken pramipexole since 1993 and, in retrospect, have experienced the classic side-effects -- increased emotional lability, impulsivity, and libido, narcolepsy, failure to learn from negative experience. Lately, I have difficulty maintaining concentration.
