I live in the San Fernando valley near LA Calif. I'm married, (21 yrs) with 4 grown kids, (2 of each). My wife & I have 2 grand kids, (1 of each). In 2006 When I noticed problems with my right hand, I was told I had carpal tunnel & a pinched ulner nerve in my elbow. I had the corrective surgeries, but my hand got worse. I finally was diagnosed Dec 22 2006. ALS hs progressed to Left hand and both feet, ankles & lower legs. I use ankle braces wheelchair in house and out.
