About Me
I'm a Graphic Designer from Woodbridge, VA. I'm happily married to a wonderful wife, and we have 2 great kids (2 and 7 months) and a beautiful Dalmatian named Aires. I've run 5 and 10k’s before and hope to do that again one day, but for now my exercise is more ‘walking/jogging/bike’ when my med’s are working. I need to start weights again, but my hands are busy with the kids. I try to play w/ them as much as I can for exercise!
