I'm a happily retired Mail Order Manager... now enjoying being a lady of leisure instead. I'm lucky to live on the edge of the Lake District and used to be a regular fell walker. I have a positive outlook on life and my aim is to maximise the fitness that I have and squeeze as much enjoyment as possible into every single day. I've stopped doing things just to please other people and now become incredibly selfish by pleasing myself! Wish I'd done it years ago!
