Unlucky girl, living in a community that understand nothing from what I suffer

I'm an IT engineer, Libyan, lived my whole life I remember with Fibromyalgia.
In my country there is no such a thing , all my life doctors tell me there is nothing wrong with me , it's either I'm pretending or lying. It was not easy to have a life and success at work, and still it's not.since there is no pain doctors or centers in my country, I have to travel to visit my doctor form time to time and have to maintain my life without support.
