Diagnosis Summary
Forum Activity |
About Me I am a full-time faculty teaching health & fitness courses at a college. Despite having ALS for over 2.5 years now, I still teach lecture and activity courses. I can still run a 6:30 mile and have had no major functional decline. My most apparent symptom is my left hand's slight shakiness and slight weakness. Also,I have a daughter that was conceived & born after my Diagnosis. Much progress has been made in the last decade towards finding cause, treatment and ultimately; a cure for ALS. Our only choice: be optimistic while also being cautiously skeptical, wise consumers of information. |
