I''m a health nut. I have found MDs only of value in diagnostics, and not very good even at that. I don't take any prescribes meds, but instead take vitamins and herbal supplements, and exercise two times a week for an hour. I also ride my bike fast 40 minutes three times a week. I believe I have cured myself of osteoarthritis, and doing pretty good on the constipation and BPH.
