i was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and myofacial pain syndrome in 2001. i have been experiencing the pain and problems for several years before i was diagnosed. i also have had insomnia for most of my life. i prefer nighttime living, not sure why but i seem to function better over night than during the day. i have a mostly supportive husband who tries to understand but tends to fail. i try to be understanding but lately it is getting harder and harder to be, i rather sit at home and contact the outside world via my computer. unfortunately this is not acceptable to the normals around me.
