Diagnosed with Lou Gehrig's Disease in August 2011, while working on the underlying toxicity in my system for the previous 12 months, with an excellent Internist/Naturopath. Today, life is challenging :) Exploring alternative therapies, taking hormonal injections, supplements, saunas, attempting to keep active, exercycling, stretching, eating well, getting plenty of rest, focussing on what I can do rather than what I can't. It's simply part of my overall journey. Keeping focussed on life rather than the aspect of my 'disorder' is critical to my daily serenity. Now exploring Gabor Mate's Books.
