About Me
Born and raised in NY. Married and a father. Typical ADHD childhood ("he has so much potential, but why can't he apply himself/stop talking/calm down/focus/do his homework") and adulthood (difficulty in relationships/career/basic chores). I'm sharing my treatment and medical info to hopefully shed light on neurofeedback and ADHD from a first-person perspective. There is a lot of general info about this treatment online, but I've not found first-person testimony. Maybe this will help someone else who can't or won't take pharmaceuticals. I'll keep posting on my progress.
