I am married to an amazing man who completely helps me in all aspects of this disease. We are very active with hiking, kayaking, camping and exploring. I have a beautiful little 10 yr old girl, who I try my best to keep up with.

I have a lot of flares, about once a week. I believe that it is because of where I live and the complete stress that I go through at work. I am actually going through a law suit at work because of disability violations and retaliation...to think I work for the federal government!

I stay active and live with a positive and optimistic attitude. If I didn't, I would sink fast. I do have my down days, but I use those days to completely relax. I work full time and go to college full time as well, so I am pretty exhausted. I know these times shall pass. I have to live my life to the fullest, while I still can!
