My Son, Joel was finally diagnosed High functioning Autistic at age 21 yrs. I had been asking if it was Autism since he was 9 mos old. Was always told NO... He used to rock the screws loose in his crib... They said he'll outgrow it... He Still rocks... I kept asking thru the yrs, " is there such a thing as a touch of Autism? Again I was told no... for yrs. He is now attending ITT with 4.0 in the bachelors program. He graduated the associates program Sept/2010 he had 4.0 all the way. Perfect attendance ... He took every award they bestow. Joel has come so far... So Proud Of Him !
