About Me
I am 58, diag with MS in 1994. Initially blindness, then numbness in upper body, fatigue extreme. I went on a raw living food cleanse in 2000 and it changed my life. I gained stamina, range of movement, everything was better. Ive been following almost 100% a raw living food diet. 9 years ago I had severe pain in my right hip and had to have a hip replacement, then 2 years ago the left hi9p and 6 months ago the left knee had to be replaced. Its like having an old car that just wants to just keep running! LOL The last 2 years has defiantly caught up with me in terms of MS. Foot dragging, etc.
