Hi, I live in Apple Valley, Ca.. Thats the high desert, 3,000 ft, so we get snow in the winter and plenty of heat and wind in the summer.But it really is beautiful! I raised a family of 5 children, of which 2 have passed away. I have 17 grandkids , youngest is 1 yr old and the oldest is 31. I also have 7 great grandkids. Been divorced since 1984. Oh well! Life goes on!. Quit working last year so I can take better care of myself and get more rest. I am fighting this ALS as hard as I can and I am doing pretty good. I have had it for 3 or 4 yrs and I don't have any major problems yet.
