Have had Kidney problems the last 3/4 years. Labs slow decline of kidneys. Function has been around 20% but on labs went to 10%. Doctor sent me to the hospital, there for 5 days. Left with function of 8%. Home to think about starting dialysis and going on transplant list. Have diabetes for over 35 years but not the cause of the kidney damage, Lots to think about at my age, 70. Labs scheduled for 10/15 & 10/17, with see Doctor on 10/20. Due to results this could change overnight. After talking to family I and they decided to start on dialysis and get elav for transplant.
