Hi my name is Katie, I had a kidney transplant in June 1994 at the age of 10, that lasted until january 2007, i have spent the last 3 years on a mixture of CAPD, Haemo and home Haemo dialysis . I have had a Tenchoff catheter, a perma cath and also a fistula. I had my 2nd kidney transplant from my mum on 21st September this year, my creatinine has dropped to 93, and my renal function to date is 58.6% - so far so good :)
