Hi I am Cindy and I have been dealing with epilepsy since March 13,2005 when I had my first GM since then I have been unsuccessfull with most AED's and in Aug 09 I had rt temporal lobectomy and the removal of the rt hippocampus. I am currently taking Lyrica . I am new to this site and I need help to understand this world of epilepsy. Since the surgery I have had 3 TC sez. and will be going back to the hospital for another sz study in November. After to discuss more surgery either more removal of the brain or the VNS implant. All I know is I want my life back.
