Fibromyalgia, Alot of Arthritis all over, LBP severe with Sciatica mostly down rihght butt foot, degenerative disc disease, hypothyroidism, kidney cysts, ventral hernia, acid reflux Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome both shoulders arms habds most of the time and with any working with them. Had Mumfords procedure and removl large bone spur dec 2008 .two previous surgeries2004 2005 on same shoulder to repairinner capsule tighten bunch of things shave some repair rotatlor cuff, afyer car accident had to have rotator cuff repaired ahain and some otherr things & clips

left shoulder surg 1991 repaired torn l and removed bursae, 1994 right knee repair MCL and meniscus and cleaned, 2008 dec repaired torn tendon right elbow and removed large bone spur. sept 2009 removed tomor right calcaneus and placed bone graft, heeling slowly, and worst pain of all unless all out flair then its everything , like worse flue imaginable, they also repaired ankle ligaments. 2007 nov had right tendon release for right thumb trigger finger;( tried injections and splints b4 all procedures, just didnt help or relieve, Right side been specially bad since jetski accident in apr 2007, when felt body just went limp and fell off and couldnt get back to was storm. still right side gets fatigued faster and feels havey and liuke need to be dragged if to much

Have bad great toe twitching since surgery but increased 1000% since july2010 emg? we are mis placing foot often too its scarey docs say its noting, tight finger twitches too, thou not as often. Headaches suck, get them from dissociative switching/fighting, allergies/sinus and other tension and or migraine there are bad replete with nausea and bad sensory overload.
