I am a mother and a grandmother and have been diagnosed with CFS and COPD. I am still in the trial and error segment of my treatment as far as my meds and have found some things that help quite by accident. I use my spirituality to keep me going many times when I feel like throwing in the towel. It is exciting to find "Patients Like Me", and I plan to use this site to its fullest extent. I am looking forward to meeting others who can share the things others just don't understand.
