I work at Target, going on 10 years. I have 2 forms of insomnia and major depression so I don't get much sleep. Some things I enjoy are bike riding, paintball, video games, hiking, karate. I'm a self proclaimed artist, my main talent is black and white portraits. I don't know what else to say here...I've always been a quiet guy all my life.
I've had trouble sleeping all my life but wasn't diagnosed till about 2006 or 7 with the 2 sleeping disorders. It was around the same time I was diagnosed with major depression as well. I've been to 2 sleep studies and I've been on 18 sleeping pills but so far nothing has worked. I've also been trying insomnia cognitive behavioral therapy with little to no success. One thing I feel I should mention about medical history is my body tends to reject most medicines, when I say reject I mean that it just metabolizes them way too quickly for them to have any affect. At the dentist I've been given up to 6 shots of novocaine for a single filling and I still wasn't numb, it was then that the dentist realized I needed a special formula injected directly into my jaw. I think this is the reason the sleeping pills haven't had any success, I've been on almost everything on the market and my doctors are running out of options for me to try.
