I'm from Carlisle but I've lived in Bristol for the last 7 years. My interests are football (playing and coaching), music, travelling and enjoying my real friends company over a few beers. To some I'm a grumpy git.......but my real friends and family know me and that's all that matters. MND is a cruel disease but I will continue to keep acitive and positive for as long as possible. I'm still active......I'm lucky.
