Double lung transplant, Aug. 2 2009 I worked in construction up to the day I was hospitalized. I'm bull headed as hell and I think for once in my life thats a good thing. Thus far my determination and positive attitude has served me well in fast recovery. It's kind of a blessing I've done more living in this past year than in the last 20, my family has never been closer and there's just no such thing as a "bad day" anymore.
