About Me
As Steve Zissou says, "I admit I haven't been at my best this last decade." And no, it's not just age, because when I have the right combination of motivation and resources to treat the triple threat of anxiety, depression, and diabetes, both mental and physical health improve dramatically; without aiming for it, I became younger again.
