Most Popular Brands: Apokyn, Apomorphine Injection
Apomorphine is a dopamine agonist that is used for the treatment of hypomobility, "off" episodes with Parkinson's disease. Off label it is used to treat erectile dysfunction. Apomorphine can induce vomiting so it is recommended that antiemetic therapy should start before initiation of treatment.
