Generic Name: Sertraline

What is Zoloft? Zoloft is a brand name for sertraline, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressant. It is used in the treatment of major depression; obsessive-compulsive disorder; panic disorder; post-traumatic stress disorder; premenstrual dysphoric disorder; and social anxiety disorder.
