What is Carbidopa-Levodopa 25/100? Carbidopa 25 mg and levodopa 100 mg are combined in one tablet. Levodopa is a dopamine precursor used to treat the movement disorder symptoms of Parkinson's disease. Carbidopa is often included with levodopa-containing drugs in order to boost its efficacy by slowing down the metabolism of dopamine.
