What is Walking and Stretching?

Walking is a moderate form of physical activity that can have important health benefits. Stretching is a form of physical exercise in which a specific skeletal muscle is deliberately elongated to its fullest length to improve the muscle's felt elasticity and reaffirm comfortable muscle tone.
